| Website was easy to navigate and items had good descriptions plus price was cheaper then major competitors,multiple pay options was real nice and made check out quicker. | I placed a phone order for a very "hot" Panasonic digital camera, generally hard to find and frequently sold at "list price". The saleperson was extremely helpful and courteous and did not make any attempt to pad the order with extras. He confirmed the camera was in stock and assured me it would ship that day even though it was only 15 minutes before the shipping cutoff time for that day. Not only was the price the best price from a legitimate seller, but the camera was delivered to my door by FedEx ground 44 hours after I hung up the phone. I could not be more pleased with this tranaction. |

| SO incredibly refreshing |
| Earlier this morning, I called the number you gave me and spoke with your technical support person (Matt). It was SO incredibly refreshing to speak to an actual person to explain the problem. What a world of difference that makes! Novel concept, I know ... Matt was very helpful (and patient and polite etc), and even called me back (which I didn't expect). Hopefully the problem will be taken care of soon, but in the meantime I wanted to pass along how much I appreciate your having a help line that is actually there to help you. | Express, that was really FAST! |
| Along with the headphones I purchased express processing and was amazed to find that they really meant express processing. Unlike other sellers who charge extra to process your order in 8 instead of 10 days my order was processed within twenty-four hours which has made this seller now my first choice to check for computer accessories. |
