I use this notebook for normal family things, photo processing/printing, document writing, internet surfing, watching dvds, and some gaming. I play Halo 1 with the screen resolution turned down and the computer handles it with ease. I loaded, played, and finished Halo 2 as well, but experienced a slight lag in the reaction of the controls to the screen. I also like to hook the notebook s-video out to a television and watch dvd's or play games that way. It runs great. For the price, if you compare feature to feature with comparable brands, this notebook is a winner hands down. I love it and my next computer will be an ACER.
